Eligibility for Refunds
We accept refunds for both defective and non-defective products, provided that:
✅ The item is new and unused
✅ The return request is made within 2 days of delivery

Return & Exchange Process
Method: All returns and exchanges must be processed by mail.
Return Label: A free return label is included in the package for your convenience.
Exchanges: We accept exchanges for eligible products.
Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7 days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
There are no restocking fees for returns.
