Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at matthewlaabs@trailerlabs.co with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will process a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Wrong Item Ordered

If you accidentally order the wrong item, you may return it for an exchange. Here’s how it works:

• You must return the item in unused and original condition within 14 days of delivery.
• Once we receive the item, we will send the correct item.
• You will be responsible for any difference in cost and shipping fees for the exchange.

Return Process

1. Email us at matthewlaabs@trailerlabs.co with your order details and reason for return.
2. We will provide return instructions, including the return address.
3. Pack the item securely and send it back using a trackable shipping method.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used, installed, or modified.
• Custom or special-order items.
• Items returned beyond the 14-day window.
