MASTER SERVICE AGREEMENT — T&S Trailer Repair DBA Trailer Labs

By booking, paying for, or receiving services from Trailer Labs, the customer (\\\"Client\\\") agrees to the terms below.

Trailers equipped with loading ramps must have all ramps returned at the end of the rental.
Charge:
$250 per missing ramp.

Exterior Damage
The renter is responsible for any damage to the exterior of the trailer including:
Fenders
Lights
Frame
Tongue / jack
Coupler
Safety chains
Trailer wiring

Charge:
Cost of repair or replacement.
Interior Damage
The renter is responsible for damage to the interior of enclosed trailers or trailer decks including:
Walls
Floors
Doors
Roof panels
Tie-downs / D-rings

Charge:
Cost of repair or replacement.
Cleaning
Trailers must be returned free of debris and excessive dirt.
Cleaning Fee: $50 – $150 depending on condition.

Authorization to Charge
By signing this agreement, the renter authorizes Trailer Labs to charge the payment method on file for any damages, missing equipment, cleaning fees, or repairs discovered during inspection after the trailer is returned.

1. PAYMENT TERMS
All services must be paid in full at the time of booking or upon completion as agreed. Trailer Labs reserves the right to charge additional fees for work beyond the original scope.

2. SERVICE PERIOD
The estimated service timeline begins at the scheduled drop-off and the estimated completion date will be communicated. Trailer Labs is not liable for delays caused by parts availability or unforeseen complications.

3. AUTHORIZATION
Client authorizes Trailer Labs to perform the agreed-upon services. Any additional work discovered during inspection will require client approval before proceeding.

4. WARRANTY
Trailer Labs provides a 30-day warranty on labor for completed services. Parts warranties are subject to manufacturer terms. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.

5. LIABILITY
Trailer Labs shall not be liable for pre-existing conditions, wear and tear, or issues unrelated to the performed service. Client assumes responsibility for safe operation of the trailer after service completion.

6. PARTS AND MATERIALS
Trailer Labs will use quality replacement parts. Client may request specific brands or OEM parts, which may affect pricing and timeline.

7. ABANDONED EQUIPMENT
Trailers not picked up within 30 days of service completion and notification will be subject to daily storage fees. Equipment abandoned beyond 90 days may be disposed of per North Carolina law.

8. GOVERNING LAW
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

9. ACCEPTANCE
Electronic acceptance of this agreement is legally binding.
