TRAILER RENTAL AGREEMENT

T&S Trailer Repair DBA Trailer Labs

By booking, paying for, or taking possession of any trailer from Trailer Labs (“Company”), the renter (“Client”) agrees to the following terms:

1. Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
All rentals are prepaid.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled rental start time.
Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance are eligible for a full refund minus payment processing fees.
Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.
No-shows are non-refundable.

Processing fees are non-recoverable and will always be deducted from refunds.

3. Condition of Trailer

Client acknowledges that:

The trailer is received in good working condition unless otherwise noted
It is the Client’s responsibility to inspect the trailer prior to use
Use of the trailer constitutes acceptance of its condition
4. Renter Responsibility

Client assumes full responsibility for:

Safe towing and operation
Proper vehicle compatibility and hitch connection
Load distribution and weight limits
Compliance with all laws and regulations
5. Loading Ramps

All trailers equipped with loading ramps must have ramps returned at the end of the rental period.

Charge: $250 per missing ramp

6. Exterior Damage

Client is responsible for any damage to the exterior of the trailer, including but not limited to:

Fenders
Lights
Frame
Tongue / jack
Coupler
Safety chains
Trailer wiring

Charge: Full cost of repair or replacement

7. Interior / Deck Damage

Client is responsible for damage to:

Trailer deck surfaces
Enclosed trailer walls, floors, doors, and roof
Tie-downs / D-rings

Charge: Full cost of repair or replacement

8. Cleaning

Trailers must be returned free of excessive dirt, debris, or materials.

Cleaning Fee: $50 – $150 depending on condition

9. Tie-Down Equipment & Load Securement (IMPORTANT)

Trailer Labs may provide or allow use of ratchet straps or tie-down equipment as a convenience only.

Client is solely responsible for securing all loads
Trailer Labs makes no guarantees regarding the condition or strength of straps
Trailer Labs is not liable for:
Strap failure or breakage
Improper use
Load shifting
Cargo damage
Vehicle damage
Personal injury

All cargo securement is the sole responsibility of the Client. Use of any tie-down equipment is at Client’s own risk.

10. Liability

Trailer Labs is not responsible for:

Damage to Client’s vehicle or cargo
Accidents or injuries occurring during use
Improper towing, loading, or operation

Client assumes all risk associated with use of the trailer.

11. Authorization to Charge

Client authorizes Trailer Labs to charge the payment method on file for:

Damage repairs
Missing equipment (including ramps)
Cleaning fees
Any other charges outlined in this Agreement

This authorization remains valid after the trailer is returned.

12. Abandoned Property

Any property left in or on the trailer after return may be discarded at the discretion of Trailer Labs.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

14. Electronic Acceptance

Booking, payment, digital signature, or taking possession of the trailer constitutes a legally binding agreement to these terms.

Client Acknowledgment

By renting equipment from Trailer Labs, Client confirms:

They have read and understand this Agreement
They accept full responsibility for the trailer during the rental period
They agree to all charges and conditions listed above

ACCEPTANCE
Electronic acceptance of this agreement is legally binding.
